The sandals has an intricate series of narrow straps that begin at the base of the toes, and that work their way up the foot, around the back of the heel and around the ankle, finally fastening with a tiny brass buckle on the side. The interior footbeds are cushioned, and the toes are round. The heels are 1/2″ squares. The bottoms of the rubber soles are textured to help you remain steady on your feet and to add better shock absorption.
